Laminated bus bars provide low inductance, which is very important for inverter applications. Typically, laminated bus bars are used to connect capacitor banks and IGBT power semiconductor modules to provide a single, compact assembly.

UPS and Power Conditioning
Powder coated and laminated bus bars are used extensively in UPS and power conditioning applications. These applications often distribute very high currents and bus bars save space and provide excellent power density. Bus bars also generate very little EMI effects, which is especially important for power conditioning equipment.

Power Supplies
Large power supplies benefit from the space savings that bus bars provide. Also, bus bar assemblies with power connectors on them provide high power, quick connect/disconnect solutions. Where a number of power connections are required, the power rail provides a very cost effective solution.
