Methode’s bus bars have been designed and manufactured to distribute power in satellite systems, aircraft, flight controls, HVAC controls, radar systems, and space station applications.

Methode’s expertise in bus bar design and manufacture can offer space saving solutions for applications where circuit protection is required for multiple discrete circuits. Designs using fuse clips, fuses, and protective Lexan covers can be mounted directly to the bus bar. Terminal designations can be screen printed on the outer insulation layer to provide terminal identification. Our capabilities include: powder coating using our UL approved materials, the use of gold-plated contacts for highly reliable connections, integration of components into multi-layered bus bars, and the use of a variety of materials, including Kapton, that will meet the strictest requirements of the military and aerospace industries.
